This recipe my Dad cut out of TV Guide Weekly Magazine in the 70’s.

  • 3 lbs Boneless beef top sirloin
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
  • 6 large Onions
  • 1 can (12 oz) Condensed Beef broth
  • 2 cups Budweiser Beer
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley
  • 1 leaf Bay leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
  • 2 cloves Garlic
